As a community, it is of utmost important to support local artists/musicians because, without local citizen support, the art they create through music would cease to make the impact it could make. When you support the local artist community, you are supporting all of our respective creative freedom.
Musicians/Artist’s have the ability to enhance the quality of life for a community. It can bring about a personal enjoyment, intellectual stimulation while simultaneously providing public involvement.
Not only can it bring a community together, it can also promote economic growth. It has been argued that having a community with an established form performing art can bring in the most talented and brightest labor force.
It is thus our mission and vision to create an Artist Web-directory to enlist not only the the best of the best Local artist’s but also up and coming artist’s, Radio Stations, track Producers, Promotional Agents and several other role-players within the South African music industry for the consumption by the local and global community.
Our artist’s music can be heard by thousands of people online and our website-directory encompass a biography, performance dates, live interviews with radio stations, classical samples of their most famous tracks, videos and at least one photo as well as contact details for events.
